My qualifications are;

• Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Mat Work – Through Fitness NI awarding body Active IQ

• Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology.
• Principles of Fitness.

I am a qualified Massage Therapist - Sportsmassage-ni

I am cover instructor for all of the other Neilpilates Instructors.

CPR/First Aid trained

I have full Public Liability Insurance.
